The Wiki trading page is the only step list I am using. Both people sit, the window opens, each side adds items, and both confirm. You cannot add a gamepass or a permanent fruit the other person already owns. The body of that page says five trades a day. A note on the same page says five trades every 8 hours. Robux products on the window can raise the allowed price gap from 40% to a range the page puts at 80–100%.
None of that chooses a fair trade. Fair, on this site, is the ±5% editing band. A window the game accepts can still be a loss on every value list, and a window the game blocks can be closer than 5% on a list. Read both numbers.

From your side, their items total more than yours by over 5% on the source you trust. The game’s 40% ceiling is a different test.
