One list dated 5 Nov 2026 puts Dough and Tiger in S+ for PvP, and Buddha and Tiger in S+ for grinding. That is a single source.
bloxfruit.io’s tier page is the list I am willing to quote. For PvP it places Dough and Tiger in S+, and Dragon, Spirit, Shadow, and Venom in S. For PvE it places Buddha and Tiger in S+, and Dough, Dragon, Venom, and Light in S. The same page still writes older names such as Rumble and Paw, and it says “Update 31 Era”. Update 31 is not a version on the Wiki. The newest Wiki versions in this build are 30 on 5 Sep 2026 and 30.1 on 31 Oct 2026.
I am not turning that single list into a house ranking. A second independent tier list was not in the notes, so there is no “2 sources” cell. Use the value pages if you need a price, and use this page only as a reading of that one ranking.
