Plan Melee, Defense, Sword, Gun and Blox Fruit points. The stat cap follows the game maximum and completed Island Secrets, not your current player level.
With all 40 Island Secrets completed, the Wiki rule gives a level and stat cap of 3,000 and 8,997 earned points from level-ups at that level; each stat starts at level 1.

The Wiki says a level-up grants three spendable points. This planner assumes that the player and each stat start at level one, so it counts earned points as 3 × (player level − 1), with each displayed stat level equal to one plus the allocated points. Under that assumption, level 3000 means 8,997 earned points; three allocations of 2,999 produce three displayed level-3000 stats.
The stat cap follows the game maximum, not your current player level. The Wiki describes 2800 before Island Secrets, with 40 Secrets adding five cap levels each to reach 3000. A cap of 3000 permits 2,999 added points in a stat that starts at level one. Set completed Secrets separately from player level.
The five allocation categories are Melee, Defense, Sword, Gun and Blox Fruit. The Wiki describes Melee as adding energy and melee damage, Defense as adding health, and the other three as scaling their own attack type. A point allocation does not by itself supply the base damage or multiplier of an individual move.
Race Awakening describes temporary maximum stats during a transformation. That is a different mechanic from spending the normal point pool, and it should not be added as another pool. The linked damage notes explain which combat inputs remain necessary for a damage-per-hit model.
Three spendable points per level-up. Counting the player from level one gives 3 × (level − 1): 8,997 at level 3000. Each stat starts at displayed level one, so three allocations of 2,999 give three level-3000 stats.
No. The Wiki ties the cap to the game maximum and completed Island Secrets: 2800 plus five per Secret, up to 3000 after 40. Current player level and the cap are separate inputs.
The Wiki describes enough normal points to maximise three of the five stats at the maximum level. Race Awakening can temporarily supply maximum stats through a separate transformation mechanic.
