Dragon Scale — No trade value published in the files I used.
Dragon Scale is a Rare material dropped by Dragon Crew Warriors and Dragon Crew Archers on Hydra Island in the Third Sea. The Wiki records a stack limit of 99 and an introduction in Update 17.3. The dropped material is distinct from the Dragon fruit and from a Dragon Egg. Searching for a fruit seller will not supply the enemy drop described here.
Godhuman needs ten Dragon Scales alongside 20 Fish Tails, ten Mystic Droplets and 20 Magma Ore, plus its Beli and Fragments payment. That ten-scale requirement answers one unlock question rather than every use of the material. The Wiki also lists five Scales for T-Rex Skull, five for Dragonstorm and one for Carnivore Bait. The other ingredients in those recipes still apply; the Scale count alone is not a full crafting checklist.
The same source gives 124 Scales as a total for buying and upgrading the listed items while excluding Carnivore Bait, or 223 when Triple Dark Blade is included. These are different scopes, not two estimates of a drop rate. Neither fits in one 99-item stack. The Wiki does not publish a numeric drop probability in the selected record, so the page does not invent an expected number of enemies or farming hours. Use the recipe you actually want to set a target and keep the drop-location information separate from that target.
